Reiki Healing Sessions

Reiki is a gentle safe yet powerful healing that helps to bring balance and harmony to the body. Reiki works on all levels, emotional, spiritual, mental and physical.

Reiki is non- invasive and cannot harm you in any way.

During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed, you lie comfortably on my massage table under a blanket. I place my hands over you and with your permission on you to begin the healing. Reiki will flow through your body and go where it is needed.

Reiki relieves pain and stress, it helps with deep relaxation, it helps to heal injuries, reduce tension, reduce headaches and other ailments.

Reiki works alongside other medical treatments to promote healing.

We all have an energy field around us called our Aura through which our life force flows. When something disrupts this life force it causes us to function at a diminished capacity. Our life force responds to our thoughts and feelings, these attach to our energy field and can cause our energy flow to be disrupted and not function at its highest level.

Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of our energy field and charging them with positive energy. It raises the vibration of the energy field, which causes the negative energy to break up and fall away.

Reiki clears, strengthens and heals the energy pathways, allowing the life force to flow in a most healthy way. Reiki cleanses the body of toxins, relieves pain, soothes shock, calms emotions, enhances and accelerates the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Reiki is most effective when a client accepts the healing being given and is open to receiving Reiki Energy.

At the end of the session you will feel a sense of peace and calm and deeply relaxed.
