In Episode 33, meet Audra Starkey from The Healthy Shift Worker. Audra is a Clinical Nutritionist, Accredited Trainer and Shift Work Veteran based up in Brisbane, QLD who has a passion for helping shift workers. Audra went back to study and changed careers and last year completed a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine. Audra has also recently graduated as a Functional Nutrition Consultant from the Changing Habits Functional Nutrition Academy based in Queensland, and became a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), a prominent natural medicine association that has been supporting natural health practitioners for over 30 years.
